Case Management

Case Managers are exceptionally experienced individuals uniquely able to relate to clients, form a bond of trust, and lead the addiction treatment effort. Case Management acts as the central hub of the Preparative Care wheel, guiding and coordinating Turnbridge services around the needs of each client. Case Managers come to know and understand each client, and identify needs, strengths and opportunities. They also become strong guides, role models and assistants that clients rely upon to help learn, grow, and navigate the addiction treatment process until they’re able to find their own way.

Case Managers are responsible for the coordination of care, directing drug and alcohol addiction treatment programs, organizing recreation and wellness activities, teaching financial management, fostering life skills development, availing educational and vocational resources, and acting as the primary point of contact for family members.

Case management is a critical part of our CT addiction treatment program
